% 31.08.2016 Mr. Rajesh Gogna, the learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 & 4 submits that vide circular dated 31.08.2016, the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi has enhanced the age of superannuation of non-teaching medical post of IIT, Delhi to 65 years with immediate effect. Consequently, by an office order of today‟s date, the petitioner has been given the relief sought in the petition.
