1. In view of the subsequent developments where the only valuable asset of the Appellant has already been sold to the Bank of India and the money realised therefrom has been adjusted in part against the Bank‟s dues, the present appeal has been rendered infructuous.

2. Any further directions that are required in relation to the „Gamma Knife

Machine‟ can be sought by any of the parties by filing an appropriate application before the learned Company Judge.
