% 27.01.2015 We have seen the status report filed on behalf of the South Delhi Municipal Corporation. It gives the details of each of the properties in Khasra Nos. 535-545, village Chandanhola.

All three properties have apparently been regularized and compounding fees etc. have also been paid by the respondent Nos. 8-9. In fact, the compounding fees were paid much prior to the filing of the writ petition in 2012 and 2013. With regard to the property in Khasra No. 538, sealing action under Section 345A of the DMC Act, 1957 has been initiated. Mr Arora, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the South Delhi Municipal Corporation, also states that the corporation shall not permit any user of the properties, which are the subject matter of the present writ petition, which are contrary to the norms/ permitted uses as per the MPD-2021. In view of the foregoing, no further steps are required in this writ petition. The same stands disposed of.
