% 12.01.2017 This court on 7.9.2016 had directed the ARC to complete recording of evidence within three months from that date. A report has been received from the court pointing out that the petitioner before the ARC in his evidence has mentioned 18 witnesses in the list of witnesses and has filed an affidavit of each public witness running in more than 25 pages each. The cross-examination of PW-1 took place on 5-6 dates and was concluded on 6.12.2016. So far evidence of the petitioner is not complete despite short dates being given.

Keeping in view the large number of witnesses that the petitioner has chosen to produce the time for recording evidence is extended by six months.
