% 11.02.2019 CM APPL. 6281/2019 Vide the instant application, the applicant/petitioner seeks correction in order dated 08.01.2019 passed in W.P.(C) 4287/2018. In view of the reasons stated in the instant application, I hereby make the corrections in the judgment dated 08.01.2019 as under:- (i) Title of the case shall be read as "Ms. Sweety Bhalla vs. Industrial Finance Corporation of India Ltd. (IFCI Ltd.)" ; (ii) In the appearance, the name of Mr. Anurag Sharma, Advocate is printed for respondent No. 2, whereas in the writ petition there is sole respondent. Therefore, the name of the counsel for respondent No. 2 is hereby deleted;

(iii) Wherever the date i.e. 31.06.1995 is mentioned, that shall be read as 30.06.1995;

(iv) Last sentence of para 17 shall be read as "thus, the present petition deserves to be allowed by issuing appropriate directions against the respondent."

(v) In para 27, it is recorded that "but she cleared the written test and promotion to IFA w.e.f. 01.09.1997." However, the said sentence shall be read as "but she cleared the written test and promotion to Assistant Manager w.e.f. 29.06.2007. (vi) In first sentence of para 34, it is recorded that "if the respondent has promoted the other six persons mentioned above within two years from Manager to the post of Assistant Manager, then the petitioner is also entitled to the post of AGM. Instead the sentence shall be read as "if the respondent has promoted the other six persons mentioned above within two years from Manager to the post of Assistant General Manager, then the petitioner is also entitled to the post of AGM.
