% 02.09.2016 The petitioners are employees of respondent No.1. They seek the benefit of Sixth Pay Commission Report, which is applicable to them under the Delhi School Education Act, 1973. Learned counsel for respondent No.3 states on instructions that under Section 10 of the Act, the benefits applicable to Government school employees would be equally applicable to the employees of respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

At the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition shall be treated by respondent No.3/Director of Education, as a representation who shall dispose it off by a reasoned order within six weeks from today after according an opportunity to the parties to put up their respective case. The parties shall appear before the Director of Education on 20th September 2016 at 3:00 PM. Should the parties be aggrieved by the final order passed by respondent No.3, their respective rights to seek legal

remedies shall remain preserved.

The petition stands disposed off in the aforesaid terms. Dasti.
