% 17.11.2017 Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the impugned order dated 8th February, 2017 was effective only from 1st April, 2016 to 31st March, 2017 for a period of 12 months and that period has already lapsed and that the said order is no more effective between the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the submissions made by the respondents and the impugned order being effective only from 1st April, 2016 to 31st March, 2017, he may be allowed to withdraw the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Parties to bear their own costs.
