% 08.01.2019 The leave to defend application filed by the tenant was allowed and hence this petition challenging the said order. It would not be possible to take up this matter today. The matter is already listed for evidence of the petitioner on 11th January, 2019 and the last opportunity to cross-examine him has been granted. Since the applicant is 90 years old it would be appropriate the evidence be concluded within three months from today. List on 16th April, 2019.
