Learned counsel for the petitioner(s)/ tenant(s), appearing through video conferencing, at the very outset, submits that since the tenant(s) was/ were unable to pay user and occupation charges, as fixed by this Court vide order dated 17.11.2017, vacant, peaceful and physical possession of the subject premises has been handed over to the landlord(s).

As such, in view of the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in N.C. Daga vs. Inder Mohan Singh Rana : 2003(1) SCC 453, Vinod Kumar Verma vs. Manmohan Verma & Anr. : Civil Appeal Nos.5220-5221 of 2008, order dated 19.08.2008, the present petitions have become infructuous as there is nothing remaining therein. 3.
In view of the aforesaid, the present petitions are disposed of with liberty for the petitioner(s) to seek appropriate remedies available to him/ them, as and when required, in accordance with law. 4.
