After arguments, this appeal is disposed of as not pressed, but the appellant is granted liberty to amend the counter-claim to buttress the relief claimed of injunction against black listing and before doing so counsel for the appellant states that appellant will comply with the necessary terms and conditions of the contract so that black listing cannot be done against the appellant.
