After arguments, this appeal is disposed of as not pressed, inasmuch as it is rightly observed by the counsel for the appellant, that, the respondent no.1 should be directed that in case any charges are to be recovered for stay of the appellant in the government guest house of the respondent no.1, then, such recoveries must be made in accordance with law. Obviously any action by the State being the State of Rajasthan in this case, respondent no.1 herein, will be in accordance with law. 2.

Appeal is accordingly disposed of.
