O R D E R

% 11.02.2017 Parties have agreed to settle the matter for a total sum of Rs.8,75,000/- .

Towards the said settled amount, ld. Counsel for the respondent-insurance company has handed over a cheque drawn in favour of the appellant in the sum of Rs.8,75,000/-. The said cheque shall be handed over to DHCLSC, which shall be released to the appellant on the due verification. Ld. Counsel for the appellant states that he shall personally ensure that the substantial amount of this award amount is deposited in fixed deposit to secure the interest of the appellant. It is an appreciable gesture.
