The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that in terms of the order dated 01.11.2016 passed by the Court of Chief Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities, the petitioner has already advertised vacancies to be filled by persons with disabilities. He, however, submits that the petitioner would require further time to implement the order dated 01.11.2016.

He seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Court of Chief Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities for seeking extension.

The petition and the application are dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
