% 20.11.2017 Matter has been settled between petitioners and respondent no.2 inasmuch as, entire settled amount has been paid. By way of the present petition, petitioners have prayed for quashing of FIR No.142/2015 under section 135 of Indian Electricity Act registered at Police Station Neb Sarai on the complaint of respondent no.2 and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom.

Learned counsel for respondent no.2 says that respondent no.2 has no objection if the FIR is quashed since settled amount has already been paid.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the parties and more particularly the fact that settled amount has already been paid, in the interest of justice, the aforesaid FIR and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed.
