% 11.09.2017 Today matter is listed for recording of statement of petitioner Nos.2 and 3.

Statements of the petitioner Nos.2 and 3 have been recorded to which they have settled all their disputes amicably with the respondent No.2. Statements of the parties except petitioner No.2 and 3 have already been recorded vide order dated 17.08.2017.

In view of the fact that the parties have amicably resolved their differences voluntarily and out of their own free will and without any coercion, pressure, and no useful purpose will be served in continuance of the proceedings. It would be in the interest of justice to quash the abovementioned FIR and the proceedings pursuant thereto. There is no legal impediment in quashing the FIR in question. Consequently, FIR No. 676/2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 420/406/120-B IPC CRL.M.C. 2067/2017

registered at Police Station-Rajouri Garden, Delhi and proceedings pursuant thereto are hereby quashed.

The petition is disposed of.
