% 25.04.2017 The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of directions to the respondent no.1 and 2 to protect the petitioner and her minor children. Learned ASC for the State has submitted that the law is taking its own course; FIRs have already been registered; charge sheet is likely to be filed shortly and whenever any grievance or complaint with regard to protection is submitted with the SHO concerned, same shall be acted upon accordingly.
The present petition and application Crl.M.A. 6768/2017 are disposed of accordingly.
