MANMOHAN, J: (Oral) 1.

Present writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 14th November, 2014 passed by the National Commission in R.P. No. 1719/2014 as well as the order dated 22nd January, 2014 passed by the State Commission, Rajasthan and the order dated 26th June, 2013 of the District Forum, Jaipur. The petitioner has also prayed for dismissal of the respondent's complaint registered as Complaint No. 327/2012. 2.

It is the case of the petitioner that the concept of rounding off to the nearest rupee as done by the petitioner in its bill is in accordance with the statutory circulars, notifications and guidelines. W.P.(C) 4713/2015

Learned counsel for the petitioner has relied upon the Reserve Bank of India's circular No. RPCD.CO.RF.BC.NO.67/07.02.01/2006-07 dated 9th April, 2007 which has directed all nationalized banks that all transactions, including payment of interests, should be rounded off to the nearest rupee. 4.

None has appeared for the respondent despite service. However, keeping in view the trivial amount of Rs. 4,500.50 awarded by the District Forum and confirmed by the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, this Court disposes of the present petition with a direction that neither the order of District Forum nor State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission or National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission shall have any precedentary value.

With the aforesaid directions, present writ petition and application stand disposed of.
