Arhant Jain, learned counsel for the appellant, seeks permission to withdraw the appeal.

The appellant is present in person and his statement has been separately recorded. The statement was made by the appellant in Hindi and translated into English by me.

Respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3, who are all brothers of the appellant, are also present in Court and have no objection to the withdrawal of the appeal.

Respondent No. 4 - the sister of the other parties, has not appeared before this Court and had been set ex-parte in the Trial Court as well. 5.

In view of the statement recorded by the appellant, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

The interim orders stand vacated.
