% 04.08.2016 Crl. M.A. No.2655/2015 (Modification of order dated 09.02.2015) By this application the petitioner seeks modification of order dated 09.02.2015.

Perusal of the order dated 09.02.2015 shows that the FIR No. 16/2012 under Section 420/467/468/471/120-B of Indian Penal Code and the proceedings emanating therefrom was quashed qua the petitioner. By this application, the petitioner is claiming certain more reliefs, apart from the quashing of the FIR.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the considered opinion that the moment the FIR is quashed no modification can be made in the order. Accordingly, the present application is dismissed as not maintainable. Application stands disposed of.
