% 29.01.2018 By this petition the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No.64/2017 under Sections 354/354A/354D/506/376 IPC registered at PS Dwarka (North) and the proceedings pursuant thereto on the ground that the parties have settled the matter.

In view of the offence of Section 376 IPC having been alleged and the charge-sheet filed thereon, the FIR and the proceedings pursuant thereto cannot be quashed on the basis of the compromise. Petition is dismissed.
