% 24.04.2017 (1) Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner for quashing of FIR No.135/2017 under Sections 506/323/509 IPC registered at Police Station Dwarka South. It is stated that the matter has been settled with the complainant/victims amicably.

(2) Respondent Nos.2 and 3 are present before the Court along with their counsel. The Investigating Officer present in the court has W.P.(CRL) 1172/2017

identified them. I have enquired from the complainant/victims whether the matter has been settled with the petitioner amicably without fear and pressure. They have informed that the matter has been settled without any fear or pressure and they have no objection to the quashing of the FIR.

(3) The petition is supported by the affidavits of the parties. Memorandum of Understanding/Compromise deed dated 10.04.2017 signed by the parties is on record. Cross-case vide FIR No.134/17 under Sections 354(A)/323/509 IPC registered at Police Station Dwarka South South has also been settled.
