% 22.01.2018 (1) The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. read with Section 482 Cr.P.C.in case FIR No.689/14 under Sections 406/420/468/467/471/506 IPC registered at Police Station Najafgarh. Status report is on record.

(2) I have heard the learned counsel for the parties including the complainant's counsel. It is informed that the matter has been settled before Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. In view of this, learned counsel for the complainant has no objection to the grant of anticipatory bail.

(3) Since the matter has been settled between the parties before Mediation Centre, the petitioner is admitted to anticipatory bail and in BAIL APPLN. 723/2017

the event of his arrest, he be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `50,000/-with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating Officer. It is further ordered that the terms and conditions of the settlement before the Mediation Centre shall be complied with. In case of noncompliance, the complainant/State shall be at liberty to approach this Court.

(4) The bail application stands disposed of.
