% 22.12.2016 It is submitted that matter has been settled before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 29th September, 2016 for `75,000/-. Respondent admits having received the entire settled amount in terms of Settlement Agreement dated 29th September, 2016. Accordingly, offence under Section 135 of the Electricity Act is permitted to be compounded. Appellant is acquitted.

Appeal is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
