% 18.05.2017 In this petition, a direction is sought to respondent to give possession of Flat No.123, Second Floor, Pocket-3, Sector-23, MIG Rohini, Delhi.
Today, counsel for respondent has placed on record a copy of respondent's letter of 1st May, 2017 indicating that possession of flat in question would be handed over to petitioner within 90 days. Along with it a copy of No Objection Certificate of even date has been also placed on record.
Counsel for petitioner submits that let the actual physical possession of property in question be given in the hands of petitioner. Since the direction sought in this petition have been complied with, therefore, this petition is disposed of while directing that respondent shall W.P.(C) 7925/2016
hand over vacant physical possession of the flat in question to petitioner within 90 days and if petitioner is unable to obtain it, then three months' more time be granted to petitioner.
