Heard the learned counsel for both the parties. 2.

The material available on record shows that the petitioner made a complaint to the Respondent No.1/SDMC on 21.07.2016 about the alleged unauthorized illegal construction going on in Church Colony, Mehrauli, New Delhi.

Sh.Mukesh Gupta, the learned standing counsel appearing for the SDMC, on instructions, submitted that the issues raised by the petitioner will be looked into and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law, if the allegations are found to be true.
