% 20.05.2015 Respondent no. 6 is father of petitioner no.1, who has married petitioner no. 2 of her own free will. Photocopy of documents annexed with the writ petition makes it clear that petitioner no.1 was major at the time of marriage with petitioner no.2 in Arya Samaj Mandir, Khanna Market, Tis Hazari, Delhi - 110054 on 20th April, 2015. Petitioners have also got their marriage registered with the Registrar of Marriage under the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 on 21st April, 2015.

Petitioner nos. 1 and 2 belong to different religion. It is submitted that petitioner no.1 has embraced Hinduism before marrying the petitioner no.2. Despite service, there is no appearance on behalf of respondent no. 6.

Vide order dated 24th April, 2015, respondent nos. 2 and 4 were directed to ensure safety of the petitioners.

Respondent no.2 is Commissioner of Police; whereas respondent no. 4 is Station House Officer (SHO) of police station Malviya Nagar. Petitioners are stated to be living within the jurisdiction of Malviya Nagar.

SHO of police station Malviya Nagar has filed a status report stating therein that petitioners have already been provided mobile numbers of SHO, Divisional Officer and Beat Constable so that they may contact on these numbers in case of any emergency.

It is further stated that presently petitioners are not residing at C-205, Savitri Nagar, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi - 110017, the address given in the memo of parties. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners apprehend danger to their lives from respondent no. 6, thus, off and on they live somewhere else. Learned counsel further submits that petitioners would start living at C-205, Savitri Nagar, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi - 110017 permanently from today onwards.

Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of with the directions to respondent nos. 2 to 4 to ensure the safety of petitioners. Respondent no. 4 shall also ensure that beat constable visits the house of petitioners everyday

to enquire about their well being.

It is further directed that in case any threat is received by the petitioners from respondent no. 6, they may contact the officials, whose numbers have been provided to them, and in such an eventuality immediate action be taken by respondent no.4. Dasti.
