O R D E R

% 23.05.2019 The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayer: "It is, therefore most respectfully prayed before the Hon‟ble High Court give direction to the respondent no.4 to take appropriate/proper action against respondent no.3 to shift/close the unauthorized/illegal shop of meat, in the interest of justice.

Any further and proper order kindly may passed in favour of the petitioner according the facts and circumstances of the case."

Short counter affidavit has been filed by respondent no.4 wherein paras 2 & 3 read as under:

"2.

That on 13.07.2017 the respondent No.3 had applied for renewal of license for the meat shop at H.No.110/1, Main Road Near Khaddey Wali Masjid, Gautam Vihar, Ghonda, North East, Delhi-110053. A

copy of the Application is marked and annexed at Annexure R-1 (colly).

That it is pertinent to mention here that after examining the application and after carrying out necessary inspection and enquiry of the meat shop the competent authority has given its approval for renewal of the license. It is further submitted that the shop meets the terms and conditions as prescribed in the Meat Shop licensing policy of EDMC and accordingly the license was renewed as per the policy. Copies of the approval for renewal of the license are marked and annexed as Annexure R-2 (colly)."

I find that there is no appearance for the petitioner for the last two dates. Even today there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. The petition is dismissed in default.
