Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent have both stated under instructions from the appellant and the respondent that the appellant and the respondent undertake to abide by the terms of the settlement agreement dated 12.11.2018 arrived at Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Delhi High Court, New Delhi.

The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the terms of the settlement agreement dated 12.11.2018 arrived at Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Delhi High Court, New Delhi on record. In terms of the Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870, the parties are entitled to receive entire court fees back from the Collector concerned in view of the settlement agreement dated 12.11.2018 arrived at Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Delhi High Court, New Delhi. The appeal is disposed of.
