% 08.08.2017 W.P.(C) 3574/2017 Mr. Naushad Ahmed Khan, learned ASC appearing for the respondents states that he has instructions, that the issue raised by the petitioner shall be considered by the respondents by treating the writ petition as a representation and appropriate order shall be passed within six weeks from today.

In view of the aforesaid position, learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner be permitted to make additional representation, if required, within two weeks. Ordered accordingly. It is expected that the decision on the representation / additional representation shall be taken within six weeks of receipt of additional representation and a communication thereof shall be sent to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter.
