O R D E R

Learned counsels for both the parties submit that parties have amicably settled their disputes.

Learned counsels for the parties have handed over the original memorandum of understanding dated 23rd March, 2016 which is taken on record.

The undertaking of the parties in the settlement is accepted. Both the parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement. 3.

Learned counsel for respondents submits that the petitioner should inform CIBIL about the payments made by the respondents to which the petitioner has no objection.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner has blank cheques which should be returned by the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the return of the cheques, if any, after complete payment in terms of the settlement.

This petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement between the parties with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition in the event of any fresh default by the respondent.

The parties shall sign the ordersheet before leaving the Court. 7.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signatures of the Court Master.
