The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, impugning an order dated 04.07.2018 passed by the Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. (hereafter the "BSE"), whereby the petitioner's name has been excluded from the list of the listed companies. The petitioner is essentially aggrieved by the communication dated 04.07.2018 enclosing therewith an order passed by BSE directing delisting of the securities of the petitioner company from the BSE. Admittedly, the petitioner has an alternate remedy to challenge the said decision before SEBI Appellate Tribunal. 2.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to avail of the alternate remedies. VIBHU BAKHRU, J AUGUST 14, 2018/rr
