% 14.03.2018 The parties have been entered into a settlement agreement dated 01.12.2017 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, New Delhi.

Post dated cheques have also been handed over to the petitioner. The respondent may ensure that post dated cheques will be honoured when presented.

The petition stands disposed of.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to take steps in case there is any default on the part of the respondent including revival of this winding up petition.
