% 21.08.2018 The petitioner impugns an order dated 03.01.2018 passed by the learned District & Sessions Judge (HQs), Tis Hazari Courts on the ground that the named, Ld. ASJ-02 (Central) continues to try the said case, whereas the aforesaid order had dismissed the petitioner's application on the ground that the said learned ASJ has since been transferred. In view of the above, the case is remanded to the learned District Judge for fresh adjudication of his application. The parties will appear before the said District Judge on 17.09.2018.
