The Registrar General by his report dated 25.02.2017 has confirmed that the jurisdiction to try this case would lie with the court of District Judge (Shahdara) at Karkardooma Court Complex, Delhi. In this view, the earlier orders are modified.

The case is transferred to the District Judge (Shahdara) at Karkardooma Court Complex, Delhi for further proceedings in accordance with law.

The learned District Judge (Shahdara) may retain the case on his own board or allocate it to any Additional District Judge under his control within his discretion.
