The appeal impugns a judgment and decree dated 12th February, 2015 of the Court of Additional District Judge (ADJ)-15 (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi of dismissal of CS No.285/14/06, ID No.02401C0063852006 filed by the appellant for declaration and permanent injunction. 2.

Notice of the appeal was issued and the parties referred to mediation. 3.

Mediation has been successful with the efforts of Shri Raghuvinder Verma, Advocate/Mediator and a Settlement Agreement dated 16th March, 2016 signed by the authorised representatives of the parties as well as by the Advocates for the parties and the Mediator has been received. 4.

The counsels support the Settlement Agreement. 5.

The settlement is found to be lawful.

The judgment and decree under appeal is modified in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 16th March, 2016 which shall form part of the decree.
