% 16.03.2018 Co. Appl. 384/2018 This application is filed pleading that in the order dated 21.12.2017 there is a typographical mistake. It is pleaded that in the second para this court has referred to offences committed under Section 159 of the Companies Act being compounded. He submits that in the second para Section 159 has been noted whereas the correct section is Section 210 of the Companies Act.

The mistake being a typographical mistake, it stands corrected. The offences under Section 210 of the Companies Act are compounded. The application stands disposed of.
