Issue notice. Mr. Jaiswal accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondent says that he does not wish to file a reply as he has no objection to the prayer made in the petition. 4.

The averments made in the petition show that the sole Arbitrator entered upon reference on 1.9.2016.

Thereafter, time for rendering the award was extended on 2.5.2018. By virtue of this order which was again passed based on mutual agreement between the parties the time frame was extended till 31.8.2018. 6.

Counsel for the parties say that the arbitration proceedings are at the stage of final arguments and therefore a short extension of time for enabling the learned Arbitrator to render and publish the award be granted. O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 194/2018

At this stage, learned counsel for the parties state that though the prayer made in the petition is that time be extended till 31.10.2018, given the fact that there is a possibility of arguments prolonging given the volume of the record and consequently, the time frame for arguments set down by the Arbitrator getting extended, this Court should consider extending the time till 31.11.2018. It is ordered accordingly. 8.

The learned Arbitrator will render and publish his award on or before 30.11.2018.
