The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, impugning an order dated 29.06.2018 (impugned order) passed by respondent no.1 (Haryana Micro Small And Medium Enterprises Felicitation Council). By the impugned order, respondent no.1 had referred the claims made by respondent no.2 to an Arbitrator empanelled by the Government in terms of Section 18(5) of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006.

The learned counsel appearing for respondent no.2 states that respondent no.2 has already withdrawn the claim made before the Arbitrator and an order has also been passed by the Arbitrator on 09.11.2018 dismissing the respondent's claim as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition.

In view of the above, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh, if a cause so arises.
