O R D E R

% 28.08.2017 The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with FIR No.0083/2017 dated 13.02.2017 (PS Dabri) instituted for the offences under sections 498A/323/328/341/34 of the IPC. It has been submitted that the petitioners have joined the investigation and have been continuously participating in the trial. There appears to be a matrimonial dispute between the son of the petitioner no.1 and the complainant.

In the FIR, there is allegation of making the informant drink kerosene oil but such allegation only appears to be a fall out of matrimonial discord between the son of the petitioner and respondent no.2/complainant. The husband of the complainant has been granted regular bail by the sessions court.

Taking into account the aforesaid facts, this Court is inclined to

confirm the interim bail granted by this Court to the petitioners. In the event of their arrest or surrender, the petitioners shall be released on bail on their furnishing a bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting officer/Trial Court.

The petitioners shall, however, continue to participate in the investigation.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
