O R D E R

% 04.05.2017 Mr.Devashish Bharuka, learned counsel appearing for the respondents state that he has instructions to state, the show cause notice issued to the petitioner on 17th March, 2017, to which reply has been submitted by the petitioner on 21st March, 2017, shall be considered by the competent authority. If the competent authority accepts the stand of the petitioner on the show cause notice, the matter shall be treated as closed otherwise, the matter shall be proceeded in an Enquiry wherein the petitioner shall be given every opportunity to defend himself in accordance with the principles of Natural Justice. He also states, the amount directed to be deposited by the petitioner shall not be insisted upon till such time the Enquiry, if any, is concluded. In other words, further action on deposit shall be taken on the outcome of the Enquiry.

Mr.Anil Mittal states the aforesaid shall satisfy the petitioner, and nothing further survives to be adjudicated by this Court in this petition. He

states that the petition be disposed of as such. Ordered accordingly. CM 15595/2017(stay) Dismissed as infructuous.
