The present petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "a. Call for records and issue order, direction or writ in the nature of certiorari or any other similar writ for quashing and setting aside of impugned FIR No. RCDAI- 2016-A-0016 dated 12.05.2016 and consequent proceedings registered by Respondent No.l and impugned Suspension Order No. F.4(10)/VIG/TPT/ 2015/1562-67 dated 26.12.2015 issued by Respondent No. 2 being arbitrary, illegal, unfair, unreasonable and violative of Articles 14, 16, 19 and 21 of the Court of India; AND b. Pass such other order or relief which this Hon'ble Court deem fit and appropriate in the facts and circumstances of the present case."
