% 23.08.2016 CS(OS) 3553/2014 Case file taken up today pursuant to order dated 01.08.2016 of learned Registrar (Original) on the basis of order dated 25.07.2016 of learned Officiating District and Sessions Judge, South West District, Dwarka Courts, Delhi, wherein it is mentioned that jurisdiction of the present mater does not fall within the jurisdiction of that district. After clarification from various sources, it is revealed that Sagarpur District falls within the jurisdiction of New Delhi District, Patiala House Courts. Accordingly the ministerial order dated 29.02.2016 for transfer of the present matter to South West District, Dwarka Courts, is modified.

Accordingly, in view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. Dated 24.11.2015, the present matter stands transferred. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge, New Delhi District, Patiala House Court Complex, Delhi on 13.09.2016 at 10.00 a.m.
