% 03.07.2018 The matter has been listed on office note.

Despite pass over, none have appeared on behalf of the parties. Vide order dated 24.04.2018, the Hon'ble Court has passed the following order:- "Accordingly, the Registry is directed to release the amount of Rs.5,45,952/- of the Fixed Deposit (minus TDS, as applicable on the interest amount) shall be released to the Respondent/Plaintiff upon maturity on 25th May, 2018. The impugned judgment/decree is modified in terms of the settlement above.

Appeal is disposed of as settled. Pending application is also disposed of."

The cash branch has reported that in compliance of the above said direction the FDR has been endorsed in favour of Respondent, M/s Sun Control Systems which is lying in the Cash Branch and nobody has come to collect the same. In view of the above, Joint Registrar/Deputy Registrar (Accounts) is directed to release the aforesaid FDR to the Respondent in terms of order dated 24.04.2018 of the Hon'ble Court against proper receipt and due identification, as per rule.
