O.M.P.(I) (COMM.) 173/2017 The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereafter 'the Act'), inter alia, praying for issuance of warrants of attachment against the properties mentioned in the petition.

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the arbitral tribunal has been constituted and arbitral proceedings are pending. In these circumstances, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to to the petitioner to approach the arbitral tribunal under section 17 of the Act to seek such relief as may be advised including the reliefs as prayed for in this petition.
