% 04.05.2016 The State has filed the present petition under Section 439(2) Cr.P.C. read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. for cancellation of bail granted to the respondents.

At the time of dictating the order, it is revealed that one quashing petition bearing Crl.M.C. 4881/2015 was filed by the accused persons for quashing of FIR in question which has been quashed by this Court on 01.04.2016. Since the FIR in question has already been quashed, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.

Consequently, the present petition is dismissed as rendered infructuous.
