% 26.04.2017 This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C filed on behalf of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.2472/2017, under Sections 379/411 IPC, registered at Police Station Adarsh Nagar, Delhi. Notice.

Learned APP for the State accepts notice and vehemently opposes the bail application on the ground that the petitioner is required for custodial investigation and the recovery of the stolen vehicle is yet to be effected.

Heard.

In view of the submission made by learned APP for the State that the petitioner is required for custodial investigation and recovery is yet to be
