% 09.05.2017 Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the prosecutrix was aware of the fact that the petitioner was a married person and she was carrying on with him in a matrimonial life, whereas the case of the prosecution is that the prosecutrix was not aware that the petitioner was a married person and this fact was concealed. During the course of arguments, counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present application.

Consequently, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
