By this petition the petitioners state that they have married of their own free will and seek protection from the threats allegedly extended by respondent No.4, who is the father of petitioner No.1. The petitioners are residents of Gali No.3, Near A.R.Public School, Ashok Vihar, Loni, Ghaziabad, UP.

Since the petitioners are residing at Ghaziabad, U.P. which is beyond the territorial jurisdiction of this Court, this Court has no jurisdiction to grant protection to the petitioners. The petitioners are at liberty to move the appropriate Court for their remedies.

Petition is dismissed.
