% 26.04.2017 Counsel for the respondent has entered appearance. Learned Special Public Prosecutor for the petitioner/CBI submits that the interim bail granted to the respondent is only upto today, i.e. 26th April, 2017.

Accordingly, the respondent is directed to surrender before the concerned Court immediately.

At this stage, counsel for the respondent submits that the application moved on behalf of the respondent seeking extension of bail is pending before the Court below. The Court below shall hear and dispose of the said application in accordance with law.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing further survives in the present petition and the same is disposed of.
