% 19.07.2017 Counsel for the respondents states that the petitioner had given a wrong account number and, therefore, transfer of the Provident Fund amount could not be successfully made. Thereafter, the petitioner has given the correct account number and the Provident Fund amount has been paid to the petitioner by a cheque. Counsel for the petitioner in view of the aforesaid circumstances seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition in case any other grievance survives.

Counsel for the respondents states that Composite Transfer

Allowance is not payable because it is an Allowance payable under the Seventh Pay Commission with effect from 1st July, 2017, whereas the petitioner had retired on 30th November, 2016. The date of retirement is not denied or disputed.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
